To fully-utilize our Nexenta-certified NAS/SAN solutions, Pogo Linux is providing Pogo Complete – a comprehensive list of hardware and software support options – as a standard support package with all StorageDirector Z system orders.  The Pogo Complete support package – in addition to on-site service options – gives storage administrators the confidence of knowing that their organization’s data and applications are always online and available.

Pogo Complete Maintenance Plan Overview

Pogo Complete ensures IT departments maintain high service levels to business-critical resources, such as a customer database or book keeping software, to increase worker productivity and accelerate business performance.  The Pogo Complete support experience begins during the purchase process, when potential customers are leveraging over a decade of data center deployment and system design experience.  Knowledgeable Pogo Linux sales exports will help identify your organization’s specific network environment and IT project needs, to customize a StorageDirector Z model and support packages.

Following your deployment, Pogo Linux help desk experts will support all Tier 1 e-mail and phone incidents during regular business hours – for both Gold or Silver NexentaStor license users.  In the unlikely event you experience a failed hardware part, we will advanced cross-shipment the component next-business day.  In addition, you may upgrade your Pogo Complete maintenance plan to include on-site support.

This package comes standard with all StorageDirector Z system orders.  Support options include:

Software Support – Nexenta-certified Tier 1 E-mail & Phone Support (9AM–5PM)
Hardware Support – Pogo Linux E-mail & Phone Support Helpdesk (9AM–5PM)
3 Year Advanced Component Replacement – Next Business Day (9AM–5PM)

Pogo Complete Maintenance Term

The Pogo Complete maintenance period lasts for 3 years. During this time period, any Gold or Silver NexentaStor license support agreement may be renewed at the conclusion of your current NexentaStor license agreement. The end-date of the maintenance period varies based on the individual terms of the license agreement.  Any maintenance plan may also be renewed by StorageDirector Z customers to avoid a lapse in maintenance.
