Improved efficiency for artificial intelligence (AI) and Deep Learning, versatile computing for predictive analytics, and custom-tailored performance for private cloud computing, mean Pogo’s Iris systems equipped with the new Intel server processors will better handle next-generation business applications and data center needs.
Formerly code-named “Cascade Lake-SP”, the newest family of Intel processors boosts increased CPU core counts, improved clock speeds, higher memory capacity and bandwidth and innovative new server features. In addition to outperforming their predecessors in these key areas, the 2nd generation Intel Xeon Scalable CPUs provide greater price-performance than previous models.
